World-renowned National Geographic photographer C. C. Lockwood was commissioned to create a stamp for the Louisiana Bicentennial celebration. Mr. Lockwood needed a folder designed for stamp collectors describing both the stamp and his history and approach. C. C. is a truly amazing photographer and a wonderful person.
